Employees can easily view their schedules, making it effortless to stay organized and plan ahead. They also have the flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues or bid on posted shifts, providing more autonomy in managing their work schedules. Submitting requests for time off or availability changes is simple and straightforward through BigY Connect. Additionally, employees can conveniently submit punch requests and efficiently complete assigned tasks.

Managers also benefit from BigY Connect's functionality, such as the ability to view department schedules. They can easily post bid shifts to meet staffing demands and respond promptly to employee requests. Managers can also monitor task completion, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.

Please note that in order to use this application, your employer must have Logile’s Employee Self-Service, Employee Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and/or Execution Compliance modules configured.
